This is awesome!! I came across TiddlyWiki last week and instantly fell in love with it but hated having to bring it back and forth from work to home. Then I came across you guys (from JeremyRuston’s site) yesterday or the day before and signed up.

I started using it and thought “man, it would be awesome if my site could be private. Or, at least some tiddlers” and wham! here you go, like I wished on a genie or something :o )

Ok, my next wish: different username than the site name.

To achieve this I think we\’d need to move towards the Balloon model (see a previous blog post). I think it will happen eventually. When we started we were impressed by the no-database-required aspect of tiddlyspot. It was hard to conceive of a register user process without having a database. But now that we have options and email stored for each site and still no database, I think we could manage it. Then your control panel might list all of your sites (a bit like blogger.com) and not just one and you wouldn\’t need to reauthenticate for each control panel. On the other hand maybe it\’s time we used a database.. :)

Since this is a preview, I guess that means I can’t use any of the features yet…ah, well.

    It looks good!

Is the Hit Counter for real?? My TS got 25 hits on June 27?? Wowzers!

  4. Simon wrote:

No, it’s a fully working preview. Try it. Hit counter is real.

My Hit Counter only brings up a blank page. Any idea’s why?

Trevor, I fixed some bugs that were bombing the page if you didn’t have any stats yet. Should work now.

When do you anticipate adding the ability for us to change our passwords?

Thanks for the great site you provide here. I have been waiting for something like this for the last 6 months.
